Shipping policy
Delivery Days and Cut-off Times:
• Delivery days are Monday – Friday between 08.00 – 18.00h.
• The cut-off time for next working day delivery is 17.00h. Orders placed after 17.00h will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 17.00h on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
• We do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Next Working Day Delivery:
• We offer a Next Working Day Delivery service for orders placed before 17.00h Monday – Friday. While parcels are dispatched on the next business day of service, we advise allowing 1-2 working days to cover any potential delays from couriers.
• Please note that due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery or dispatch.
• Delivery times may also be affected by factors beyond our control, and while we do everything we can to meet the specified times, we cannot guarantee them. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any delivery costs for delayed orders.
Multiple Items and Pallet Delivery:
• For orders with multiple items, deliveries may be made separately, and some may be sent on a pallet rather than in individual boxes.
Missed Deliveries:
• If no one is home to accept delivery on two occasions, your item will be held at the depot until you contact us. We can rearrange delivery for a fee of £12. Alternatively, we can arrange for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse and refund your order minus £12.
Returns and Restocking Fee:
• Please note that any returns or cancelled orders for non-faulty items will incur a £12 restocking fee.
• Orders refused upon delivery and returned to us will be refunded minus £15.
Batteries:
• We can only deliver batteries to addresses within the mainland UK.
Power Electronics Delivery:
• For smaller power electronic items (e.g., battery chargers, inverters, accessories), we may use Royal Mail, which delivers across the British Isles.
Reporting Issues:
• We must be notified of any issues with items within 7 days of delivery.
Risk:
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
