Crafty Camper Supplies Returns Policy

At Crafty Camper Supplies, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you find that the product doesn't meet your expectations or needs, we have a straightforward returns policy in place.

Return Eligibility:
You may return items purchased from Crafty Camper Supplies within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

2. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

3. Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Crafty Camper Supplies will not reimburse any return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, Crafty Camper Supplies will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been processed by our supplier.

Exclusions:
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized or customized products. Additionally, Crafty Camper Supplies reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@craftycamper.co.uk. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
