These 12V flexible solar panel's first layer is made of Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE). ETFE is a much more expensive and higher quality material than Polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Also, the monocrystalline cell has a higher conversion efficiency (20.4%).
