The use of workshop compressed air helps maintain a consistent temperature between welds. This is crucial for achieving strong and reliable welds. The nitrogen is employed strategically to enhance this process.

The welder is compatible with almost every plastic type used in the automotive industry, delivering robust repairs surpassing the strength achieved with two-part epoxy or hot air welding. The tool is also capable of welding filler material by heating with nitrogen.

The product includes a set of plastic consumables, including a scraper and roller for finalising the repair. Additionally, a reusable trigger spray water bottle is provided for panel preparation.

The tool heats plastic without combustion, leading to a fume-free operation. This is important for the health and safety of the user, as well as for maintaining a clean working environment.

The welder operates on 230V, 50Hz, with a power rating of 1600W. It has a temperature range of 20-650°C.
